Short KL Trip 2012

Took a short trip (but long drive) to Kuala Lumpur last Friday to visit my brother there. As usual … the one having the biggest fun will be Fitzand and was so excited to meet with his cousin sister, Zaydeen again. The kids had big fun during those few days and Fitzand was so reluctant to come back to Singapore at the end of the trip. 🙁

They were playing outside and I saw them trying to fill a pail with water. I … started a water fight! Hahaha! Very soon … all hell broke loose and there was water everywhere. My brother was going ‘Watch out! Don’t wet the fertilizers!’ … ‘Don’t splash water on the dogs!’. Hahahaha!

I almost killed my RX100 again … as it got splashed (luckily not too much) during the water fight.

It wasn’t easy splashing them with the water in the pail as I had the camera in my right hand and my left arm was aching. I injured it during the recent trip to Japan.

They got tired of trying to splash me with the bucket of water and soon we started gulping mouthful of water and spitting out (the water) at each other. The problem was … my bro was feeding the girl with porridge (with a serious face) while we were playing … thus when she spit the water at me … it was mixed with porridge!!!

My bro’s little boy was staring at us … probably wishing he’s a few years older and can join the fun. Sorry kiddo … you have to wait … or get your parents to produce another kiddo this year so you have a buddy of around the same age to play with. 😛 😛

My bro suggested we take a drive to Janda Baik (somewhere near Genting Highlands) for some nature fun and this poor old man had to be the drive again. Grrr!

It was a lovely peaceful place. The kids were reluctant to go into the water at first as it was rocky in there and we had to convince them to join the fun. We didn’t get to stay too long as it started to drizzle later.

My crazy bro brought along some beer and we gulped them down in the cold cold water!

The drunken master. 😛

Ooops! 😛 I’ll get killed for posting this.

“Argggh! How am I suppose to drive home after the beer?!!!”

I ain’t a fan of durians but we made a pit stop for the kiddos (and adults) to enjoy some durians.

Ermm … and some lovey dovey shots … at the durian stall (!!!) …

Now Fitzand is counting down to the Chinese New Year … when he’ll be able to meet and play with Zaydeen again.

They even have the same doggie soft toy!

Of course there were also some shots of Zayden … my bro’s little boss. He’s almost two years old now.

The rest of the photos ….
