Dragged myself outta bed earlier today to bring Fitzand to the bird park for his first visit there. He’s been to the zoo one too many times, so I thought a trip to the bird park might be something interesting for him. I clumsily packed my Lensbaby & DSLR and forgot that the Lensbaby tele lens might come in handy in the bird park. Duh! Fortunately I was still able to squeeze out some decent photos during the trip.
It wasn’t at all easy trying to take photos because Fitzand was ‘sticking’ to me most of the time. It’s quite impossible to shoot using the Lensbaby with one hand while carrying a 16 or 17kg kid with the other … so these shots were taken during my 2 minute breaks when I make my wife or our domestic helper entertain him. They are bad entertainers, so Fitzand will scream for me after a very short while. It’s because of that … I think I’m slowly building up my arms of steel.
Unfortunately despite slowly building up my arms of steel … I have yet to develop a heart of steel, and when I reached home, took a shower and wanted to take short rest in front of my PC … in came a message thru MSN Messenger. It was a message from a guy called Jimmy and he said ‘I LOVE YOU’. Yeah … WHAT THE HELL!!!! My heart almost stopped beating. This bugger must be a gay or some sicko! Muwahahaha! Then I found out that it is the Jimmy who runs the 8storeytree online camera store! Oh man! I am afraid of meeting him ever again. Hahaha! Nah … maybe he just loves me for spending a fortune in his online store. I hope so. Duh!
It’s 2:30am now … oh gosh! I better go get some rest and try to forget that Jimmy loves me. Hahaha! Nah. The truth is he sent the message to the wrong person. I’m damn sure he was checking out some new chick out there somewhere.
