During the wedding dinner I attended recently in Malaysia, there was this slideshow on huge screen … with images and videos of the couple etc. Then came some ‘history’ lessons whereby some old photos were projected. I almost spilled my beer when one of the images caught my eye. I went ‘What the …. !!!! That’s me!!! OMG!!! Me!!!’. I got that old buddy to send me a copy of that photo and let’s take a look …
OMG! What were people thinking those days? What were my hands doing there?
I hope you are still reading this and not wiping your drinks/food from your keyboards. LOL! Oh hell. We had a great time laughing at ourselves! It is the year 2009 now and that photo was taken back in 1993 when we were hell much younger and of course … had much more hair.
This was taken at a carpark before we attended a company dinner. That little red car was my first car … a Suzuki Swift. Haha. Oh and if you get confused … that’s me in the red tie. Hahaha! Stop laughing!!! Damn!!! I remember buying that car when I was about 21 after landing myself in a 2nd job that paid a little better. That buddy of mine is crazy into cars and based on his recommendations, I did some modifications to that car and despite the fact that it ain’t really suitable for fast action … one fine day on a trip to a nearby island (that time I was in Malaysia), we both were racing like some madass racers on those narrow countryside road. Unfortunately while overtaking a lorry, my buddy had to avoid an old lady at the road shoulder and ended up his car spinning and flying into a nearby stream! Thank God that lucky devil got out alive and well. Hahaha. He’s still the speed demon he used to be but I’ve long repent and now a safe driver. 😛
This one was posted some ages ago in a forum when we were asked to post photos of ourselves. Muwahaha! Dude … where’s my hair????!!!!
We were very much the ‘problem kids’ when were worked together. I still remember once (during a workday), we decided to go drinking at a karaoke bar during lunch … and called our boss to tell him that we can’t be back after lunch because of traffic jam. LOL! OMG! We had big balls! After few hours of mad ass drinking, we drove back with the car windows down … blasting ‘Nothing Else Matters’ by Metallica and grinning at everyone else stuck in the evening traffic crawl home after work. We were nuts!
I don’t really get much photo (of myself) taken, so this is the only one for now. He told me that there might be a couple more that he can dig out … so stay tuned for more laughter.
ahaha!! we all love old skool pics.. don’t we? relieve good ol’ days.. *thumbs up*
